In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 555zk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 555zk strictly prohibits the creation of an Account by any individual under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 555zk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2. Jurisdiction. 555zk's primary target market is Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are aware of and solely responsible for compliance with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence. 555zk does not warrant the legality of its Service in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from your use of the Service in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
3. Single Account. You may hold only one registered Account on the 555zk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4. Personal Capacity. You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity, third party, or under any arrangement that would render your gambling activity commercial in nature.
5. Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order under which you have agreed or been required to refrain from online gambling activity. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 555zk, you must contact support before any new Account registration is permitted.
6. Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements at the time of any wager or Account transaction.

To access the full range of 555zk products, you must complete the registration process at 555zk.pro. By submitting the registration form, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all stages of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details. Any deliberate misrepresentation may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
2. Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
3. Notification of Compromise. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 555zk immediately via the live support chat channel. 555zk will take reasonable steps to secure the Account following such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to receiving notification.
4. Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 555zk customer support. Account closure will not be processed while any pending withdrawal or unresolved bonus wagering requirement remains active, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 555zk support team.
5. Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity has been recorded — for a continuous period of 12 months or longer may be designated as dormant. 555zk may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rates published on the platform at the time of dormancy designation. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

4.1 Deposits

555zk accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah. No currency conversion is applied and no foreign exchange fee is charged by 555zk. Applicable minimum deposit thresholds are as follows:

• E-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): minimum deposit Rp 25.000
• Bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): minimum deposit Rp 50.000

Deposits via e-wallet channels are credited instantly to your Account balance. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 minutes during WIB banking hours. 555zk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure, scheduled maintenance windows, or national public holidays.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds are as follows:

• E-wallet channels: minimum withdrawal Rp 50.000
• Bank transfer channels: minimum withdrawal Rp 100.000

Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or confirmation that all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fulfilled. 555zk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000.

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

555zk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or use of a payment method not registered in the player's own name. In such cases, 555zk will notify the affected player via their registered email address within 24 hours and provide an opportunity to supply clarifying documentation.

555zk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general principles apply to all 555zk bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, and per device. Players sharing an IP address, payment method, or residential address may be considered a single household for bonus eligibility purposes.
2. Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
3. Eligible Games. Not all games on the 555zk platform contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Specific contribution rates per game category are published in the individual promotion terms. As a general principle, live casino tables and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements for slot-specific bonuses.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction. While an active bonus is applied to your Account, the maximum single wager permitted using Bonus Funds is Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower), unless the applicable promotion terms specify a different limit. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any resulting winnings.
5. Abuse and Fraud. 555zk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party software or betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be subject to full Account closure.
6. Right to Modify or Withdraw. 555zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already validly claimed and actively in use at the time of modification, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the 555zk platform. Product-specific rules (such as sportsbook settlement rules, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw rules, and individual casino game rules) are published within the relevant product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

1. Finality of Results. All game outcomes and sports event results are final once officially settled by 555zk. Errors in settlement may be corrected within 72 hours of the original settlement; beyond this window, settled results stand unless an error was caused directly by a 555zk system fault.
2. Sportsbook. All sports bets are subject to the 555zk Sportsbook Rules. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules take precedence for sportsbook-specific matters. Live in-play bets accepted after an event's outcome is determined — due to latency or feed delays — are void and the stake is returned.
3. Togel Draws. Togel draw results are sourced from the officially published outputs of the respective draw operators (Hongkong Pools, Singapore Pools, Sydney Pools). 555zk is not responsible for errors in source data and will apply corrections as soon as corrected official results are published. Draw times are quoted in WIB.
4. Slots and RNG Games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). 555zk does not control individual game outcomes and publishes theoretical return-to-player (RTP) rates as provided by the relevant game provider.
5. Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or prevents a live betting market from settling, 555zk will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers placed in the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. 555zk accepts no liability for losses caused by hardware failures, internet connectivity issues, or power outages on the player's side.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 555zk Account. The following security obligations apply to all registered players:

• Use a password that is unique to your 555zk Account and not shared with any other website, application, or service. 555zk recommends a password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
• Do not disclose your password to any third party, including individuals claiming to be 555zk employees. Legitimate 555zk support agents will never request your password via any channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Security section of your Account dashboard if available on your account tier. 2FA materially reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised in a third-party data breach.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device. Do not select "Remember me" on devices that are not under your exclusive personal control.
• Notify 555zk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any fraudulent transaction originating from your Account.

555zk applies TLS 1.3 encryption to all data in transit and hashes all stored passwords using a modern adaptive algorithm. 555zk will never transmit your password in plain text. In the event of a verified unauthorised access incident, 555zk will work cooperatively with the affected player to investigate the breach and, where warranted, reverse fraudulent transactions — subject to the availability of adequate audit log evidence.

555zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 555zk players:

1. Age Verification. 555zk enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment method on record after mandatory checks.
2. Player-Controlled Limits. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be reduced in restriction level for a minimum of 24 hours to prevent impulsive reversal.
3. Cool-Off Periods. Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may activate a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 90 days from their Account dashboard. During a cool-off period, the Account remains open but betting is suspended. Deposits made during a cool-off period are returned to the originating payment method.
4. Self-Exclusion. Players who believe their gambling behaviour has become harmful may request indefinite self-exclusion by contacting 555zk support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum of 6 months from the exclusion date, and any reactivation request requires completion of a responsible gaming review with a 555zk support agent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555zk platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, Account termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, pool resources to satisfy bonus wagering requirements, or share strategies that constitute artificial play patterns.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or underpayment/overpayment errors for personal gain. Any such error must be reported to 555zk support immediately. Winnings derived from exploitation of an undisclosed error may be reversed.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration, KYC, or payment verification process.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions through your bank or payment provider for legitimate 555zk transactions. Any account involved in a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and future withdrawal requests may require enhanced verification.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without disclosure to 555zk.

All content on the 555zk platform — including but not limited to software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and structural design elements — is owned by or licensed to 555zk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 555zk platform content without express written permission.
• Use the 555zk trademark, brand name, or logo in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party website without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 555zk software component.
• Frame, scrape, or embed any portion of the 555zk platform within a third-party website or application without written permission.

Game software and content made available through the 555zk platform by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their separate licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555zk's aggregate liability to any player arising from or connected with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555zk specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any other consequential or indirect loss, whether foreseeable or not.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, DDoS attacks, government-directed access restrictions, or any force majeure event.
• Losses arising from the player's use of an unsecured network, compromised device, or failure to maintain adequate account security practices.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information, or sports results caused by errors in third-party data feeds, which are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from the player's reliance on information published on the platform as a basis for non-gambling financial decisions.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 555zk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Key data principles applied by 555zk include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of the Service.
• 555zk does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.
• Payment credentials submitted during deposit or withdrawal operations are transmitted directly to the relevant payment provider via encrypted channels; 555zk does not store full bank account numbers, card numbers, or e-wallet credentials on its own servers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 555zk, subject to retention obligations imposed by applicable law and AML regulations.

555zk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555zk will provide notice to registered players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the change. Withdrawal of any positive Real Money balance will be processed in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555zk is incorporated and licensed internationally.

In the event of a dispute between you and 555zk, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution. You must first contact 555zk customer support via the live chat channel or by email to support@555zk.pro and allow 555zk a period of 14 business days to investigate and respond to your complaint.
2. Escalation. If the matter is not resolved to your reasonable satisfaction within the initial 14-day period, you may escalate the complaint in writing to the 555zk management team. The management team will respond within a further 14 business days.
3. Final Resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat and language of arbitration will be specified in the arbitration notice.
